Subscription Service: The JaphOnTech Libraries are provided as a subscription service, requiring a monthly fee per user.

Copyright: All material within the JaphOnTech Libraries is copyrighted by JaphOnTech LLC.

Distribution Restrictions: The material may not be distributed outside the subscriber's current, active license.

Downloadable Material: a. Material downloaded during an active subscription does not expire. b. Licenses for downloaded items are not revoked after subscription termination. c. New versions of materials will not be available until the subscription is reactivated.

Transformative Works: Transformative works based on the library content are encouraged.

Intellectual Property: JaphOnTech LLC adheres to laws, customs, and principles regarding intellectual property.

Comparison to Blog License: This Library License is not open in the same manner as the Blog license described in the License Agreements section of JaphOnTech.com.

Updates and Modifications: JaphOnTech LLC reserves the right to update or modify this license. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.

Termination: JaphOnTech LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of this license agreement.

License Types: a. Yearly subscription and/or b. Individual PDF Playbook download

License Grant: When a PDF Playbook is downloaded, the license for that specific version is granted to the user.

Ownership of Content: All data entered into the Playbooks by the customer remains the sole property of the customer. JaphOnTech LLC makes no claim to this data.

User Definitions: a. Licensed User: An individual authorized to complete the steps in the Playbook. b. Viewer: An individual authorized to view and review the Playbook without modifying its content.

License Usage: a. 'Work Done' on the Playbook must be performed by a Licensed User. b. Each person working on the content outlined in the Playbook requires a separate license. c. Viewers do not require a separate license.

Example Scenario: Employee Bob is purchased a Playbook license by Manager Alice. Bob is a Licensed User who can complete the Playbook steps. Alice and others deemed necessary by the customer company may act as Viewers.

Reuse: A Licensed User may reuse a Playbook as many times as needed within the customer company.

License Restrictions: a. Licenses do not grant rights for public publication (e.g., newspapers, television shows, public webcasts). b. Usage is restricted to within the customer company.

License Transferability: a. Licenses are transferrable within the customer company. b. Licenses may not be sold, traded, bartered, or exchanged outside the company.

Adding Users: New Licensed Users may be added at any time, subject to the terms of the subscription or individual license purchase.

Subscription Termination: a. Subscriptions may be terminated at any time. b. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time. c. All in-progress or completed Playbook data remains the property of the customer upon termination.

Retention of Downloaded Playbooks: Customers may retain copies of Playbooks downloaded during their active subscription or license period, even after termination.

Updates and New Versions: Access to updates and new versions of Playbooks is subject to an active subscription or new license purchase.
